  • Health Insurer:  This client had embarked upon a replacement program of their core systems.  They were concerned that there were fundamental issues with the approach, people and planned solutions. As a result, the board and senior management had completely lost confidence in the people and processes in place to ensure that the project was completed within the timeframe and cost specified and that it would deliver as promised. We provided completely independent input to provide them with confidence that the issues had been resolved and that they could rely on the information provided to them in future. We assisted by confirming the approach, strategic fit and technical soundness of the proposed solution to replace the core systems, and providing confidence to the Board that the information they received progressively during implementation of the solution was complete and accurate.
