• State Government Department:  This assignment involved establishing a single Business Case format and review function within a centralised Enterprise Program Office. Initially several existing business case templates had to be amalgamated into a single format with comprehensive Business Benefits Analysis. We then introduced a Project Management Plan as a companion approval document to the Business Case. This indicated how each project would be managed so that benefits would be protected and delivered.

• Major Bank:  For this client we created a program to simplify superannuation. The business impact review covered three business units (Life Operations, Finance and Investment Operations) in which the impact projects were having on the business resources both in-flight and post-implementation was assessed and mapped. Keys to success were the identification of known ‘single points of failure’, mapping over-utilised resources, and developing an understanding of the impact of the project on the business unit areas.
