Law Enforcement Agency: This assignment required the creation and implementation of structure, process, risk management and governance necessary to ensure the successful and coordinated delivery of a substantial program of work ($200 million). The assignment covered the selection of the most appropriate initiatives to best meet the client’s strategy and corporate objectives within the constraints of available funds and resources; organisational change management; improved performance in delivering benefits and managing risks; processes, information and independent advice to support governance; processes, procedures and standards for project delivery; and developing and improving the competency of the program personnel.
Financial Services Firm: This client required setup and management of reporting for two major programs of work, as well as budget establishment and ongoing reporting to Board level. We implemented a Resource Planning and Management system for more than 120 resources over the two programs. The client's Program Managers were mentored in program/project management monitoring and control. We identified a way to reduce the budget from approximately $45m to $38m; this included trimming a proposed program team of 200+ people to approximately 120 people. A comprehensive Report Pack was established to provide data and management reports along with measurement and analysis of the program and project activities.
