  • Mortgage Processor:  This program involved a complete end-to-end integration of two acquired businesses into our clients mortgage processing operation.  They required a single entity with consistent business rules, standards, processes and systems, and wanted to ensure that service delivery to all existing customers would not be disrupted during the integration.  Complexities around their strategic intent and agreed business standards and associated processes, as well as a geographically dispersed workforce, were overcome by employing a "quick wins" approach to realise continuous business benefits.

  • Retail Bank:  The client wanted to improve the productivity and profitability of its business, and improve the return to shareholders through retention and growth of its customer base. We recommended and managed the implementation of a major sales and service initiative across 400 branch offices and two contact centres. It was highly integrated with reward and recognition, utilising healthy internal competition and team dynamics to lift business performance. The program was customised to the needs of the organisation, and included a major review of all key aspects of the business to ensure its sustainability. The overall result showed a quantum increase in service, new business referrals and the sale of profitable products, both on an individual and team basis.

  • Government Health Agency:  This client was launching a national awareness campaign to increase the use of generic medicines. The engagement involved co-ordination and direction of a range of activities, including: developing a new advertisement from existing film stock; scheduling and screening TV advertisements; making consumer materials available, incorporating materials for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds; developing new resources to support uptake of generics at the point of sale; undertaking public relations activity to support the campaign, evaluating the campaign (pre- and post-launch); and ensuring transfer of project management capability to the client for future projects.

  • Major Bank:  This client asked us for our help to manage a program to remediate their budgeting process. This program reviewed processes and underlying systems across a large bank to develop a strategy for budgeting for the future. Remediation of a number of outstanding process, system and people issues from the previous year’s budget cycle was achieved through systems improvements, process changes and changes to the support model. Mitigation of some major issues with the client’s General Ledger was required, including Chart of Accounts Cleanup, Journals SOX Compliance, General Ledger Hierarchy Management, Intragroup and Consolidations Remediation. These projects were in "red" status at our commencement and the program was tracking $3m over budget - yet all of the projects were brought back on track and within the budget allocation.
